We want you to cherish your DÔEN garments for years to come, but we understand that sometimes a fit isn't quite right. We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Select your preferred return method to generate a prepaid shipping label and a return packing slip to include inside your package.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our studio receives and inspects your return, please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
